• Coaching
  We work with you to explore what has gone wrong and how you can act differently in the future to repair the damage, restore your reputation and work effectively with all your colleagues.  Coaching ensures you keep control and devise your own solutions to resolving this issue.
  
  
• Mediation
  In a joint safe and confidential session with the help of our mediator  you  will work together with the person who is accusing you to understand each other better and build a mutually satisfactory solution to whatever has caused the problem.
