Every employer should have a grievance procedure that gives you the correct way to raise your concerns within your company.   We recommend that you follow that procedure. This should result in a meeting between you and your employer to discuss the problem.

• Coaching
  In a series of private sessions with our coach you will get the opportunity to explore what has happened and then to learn some new techniques to recover your confidence and get back to feeling good about going to work and relating to your colleagues.
  
  
• Mediation
  With the assistance of our mediator you will get the opportunity to meet with the person or people who have made you feel this way.  This is done in a safe manner that protects you from further harm.  By talking together you will explore and make an agreement that states how everyone can behave differently to repair the damage and return to working together.
