The leaders set the culture within an organisation.  They also achieve their overall objectives to a lesser or greater degree by the quality of their relationships with everyone else affected.

Developing high levels of leadership skills is therefore essential to achieving the creative relationships which will make the organisation succeed.

JACKY SHERMAN provides the Pharos Leadership Development Programme that will develop these skills in the owners, managing directors, board members and managers within the organisation.

The Pharos Leadership Development Programme is a structured approach to enhancing the whole gamut of leadership skills.  We deliver it in the workplace in a series of ten one-to-one sessions over a period of 6-9 months. 

We use coaching techniques to help the participant identify what they want to achieve at work over the next 12 months.  Then using a series of proven developmental approaches we help them identify what helps them be successful and what hinders them from achieving these outcomes.  Along the way they will identify many new ways of working to motivate, influence and inspire others to help them.

The programme also includes 3 questionnaire analyses

At the end of the programme the participant has their outcome achieved to a high standard, has gained new self awareness and skills and has a series of developmental tools to use time and again whatever challenges they face.
