The coach or mediator will not share any information from individual or group sessions with anyone, including their employer.

Employers will have agreed the expected outcomes but are not privy to the private thoughts of their employees as expressed to the coach/mediator. 

We guarantee Impartiality.
As an outsider to the organisation the coach/mediator will maintain an impartial view and not favour any one side in a dispute or conflict.

We guarantee facilitation not advice.
As a coaching and mediation service we provide methods that help our clients and their employees to find their own solutions.  Coaches and Mediators working for the company will not offer their own solutions and the solutions arrived at during the work remain the responsibility of the individuals and company concerned.

We commit to keeping our services up to date.
We will keep up to date with all legislation as it applies to our working practices.  All our associates have personal and professional liability cover. 

We also endeavour to keep up to date with all professional theory and good practice as it emerges within the professional disciplines of coaching and mediation. 

All coaches and mediators undertake professional supervision and undertake regular professional development to guarantee they offer an optimum service at all times.
